Frequently Asked Questions about the Care of Souls conference

Discounts

  • What organizations get registration discounts? Members of CGJIS, WPCA, AAPC, and FSTNW receive $25 member discounts.
  • How can I apply my member discount? In the registration process, you will see a line for “Coupon Code.” Please enter the code for your organization.
  • I don’t know my member discount Coupon Code. Where do I find that? You can get that code from your organization. Please email the following organizations: CGJIS, WPCA, AAPC, FSTNW. Members of Family Systems Therapists Northwest can also login to this website for their coupon code.
  • Why are discounts only available for these four organizations? The four partner organizations have provided volunteers or resources to make this conference possible, so that is why these organizations receive discounts.
  • I forgot to enter my coupon code when I registered. How do I apply it now? Email your coupon code to office@fstnw.org and $25 will be refunded to the credit card you used to register for the conference.

Registration

  • I only want to register for one or two days. How can I do that? Registrations are only available for the full conference. The conference committee asks participants to understand that this restriction is necessary in order to keep the cost low for all participants.
  • I want to register by phone or mail. How can I do that? Registrations are only available through the website. Phone or mail registrations are not available. The conference committee asks participants to understand that this restriction is necessary in order to keep the cost low for all participants.
  • I forgot to enter my coupon code when I registered. How do I apply it now? Email your coupon code to office@fstnw.org and $25 will be refunded to the credit card you used to register for the conference.
  • I won’t be attending some concurrent sessions. How can I register for just some of the sessions? Participants must make a choice for each concurrent session, even if they do not intend to attend that particular time slot.
  • Are there scholarships available for students? There are no scholarship opportunities. However, Currently-enrolled students or those licensed as LMFTA, LMHCA, LASWA, or LICSWA qualify for a discounted registration fee.

Continuing Education

  • What CEs are available? Up to 18.5 hours are available for LMFT, LMHC, LASW, LICSW, and associates.
  • I am a member of another profession. How do I get CEs? Specific CEs are only available for the professions listed above. You will receive a Certificate of Completion which you can submit for credit to the approval organization for your profession.
  • When do I get my CEs? Certificates will be distributed at the conclusion of each day at the registration table.

Concurrent Sessions

  • I won’t be attending some concurrent sessions. How can I register for just some of the sessions? Participants must make a choice for each concurrent session, even if they do not intend to attend that particular time slot.
  • I don’t know which concurrent sessions I plan to attend. Is it okay for me to just list them randomly in my registration? Please make every effort to choose the sessions you plan to attend. Due to space restrictions, those who registered for a session will be seated first. If you don’t choose your session, you may not be able to attend depending on demand.
